General Description

The AA0701, 1310nm or 1550nm distributed feedback laser (DFB) is a InGaAsP/InP multi-quantum well (MQW) laser diode. The module is ideal in applications where high bandwidth, mode stability, low RIN and stable output power is needed. The module contains a cooler, thermistor, monitor detector and bias-T. The module is designed and built using EM4’s high reliability platform for defense components. A full data sheet can be downloaded here.
